Zach and I went to the Phily Improv Fest, here is a brief run down:
- Zach doesn't like previously smoked-in hotel rooms; he does like to snore.
- saw some shows from a lot of Philly and NY acts.
- ate at Fogo de Chao-- if you've never been, treat yourself to endless meat sometime
- walked around Philly quite a bit; saw some cool murals, talked to my sis, bought a new coat
- Cajones had a killer show, we had fun and people had great things to say
- hung out with new pal, Corey C.-- he's good people
- went to the Mutter Museum, saw a lot of medical anomalies including:
- dried children cadavers
- cyclops fetus, no brain fetus, big head fetus
- 8-foot colon, held 40+ pounds of poo upon autopsy
- world's largest skeleton
- a piece of John Wilkes Booth
- huge collection of non-food things people have swallowed
- horned woman
- went to sushi dinner with Cathcart & Olsen-- endless bits, lots of fun
- partied like rockstars at Charlie's bar
- Allie is a sweet girl and a good hostess (Thanks, Allie!)
- got a sore throat and some sort of cold--yeah, of course I did
Philly was a blast this year, lots of good friends and shows. Thanks, PHIF.
